Hey everyone! I decided to start blogging again to update everyone on how the boys are doing. It's been awhile!
Let's start with Aiden. He's 4 1/2 now. Aiden's days are spent playing with his cars, dinosaurs, pirate ships and asking a million and one questions. He keeps us laughing all the time. He's going to preschool three days a week. Although by the time we pick him up he has already seemed to forgotten what he did that day, we can tell how much he loves it. Sometimes we're lucky and can get an answer on what snack he had or if he played outside or not, but that's about it most days. Aiden always has something clever or funny to say. He also has quite the imagination. It's so much fun to watch him pretend.
Kaleb is 2, but will be 3 at the end of August. Kaleb is always busy. He's very curious. He keeps us on our toes for sure! The kid has more energy then any kid I know. Kaleb was in speech for about 5 months and has improved SO much. We can understand most of what he says. It's nice finally being able to know what he's thinking. Kaleb is going to the Little Gym once a week for his tumbling class. He loves it. I think the bubbles are his favorite part. Kaleb will be starting preschool in the fall and will also go three days a week like Aiden. He gets so excited when I ask him if he wants to go to preschool like Brother. Kaleb definitely wants to keep up with Aiden. They have a love/hate relationship. They'll play well together most of the time, but they butt heads alot too. Kaleb wants to do everything that Aiden does and sometimes Aiden just wants to be left alone. That's what little brothers are for, right?
Then there is Owen! He's 10 months old and is getting big! He's our smiley boy. Owen just goes with the flow. He is crawling all over the place and standing on anything. Poor little guy already has his fair share of bumps and bruises. Owen can be quite the eater! He has decided that he doesn't like baby food very much and unless it's yogurt, he would rather just feed himself. Mason just LOVES cleaning up after O's meals. It's can get pretty messy! Owen is also starting to "talk" quite a bit. He'll say Dada, Mama, and a couple other sounds. Of course, he'll start pointing to the dog and say mamamama, so I don't think he quite gets it yet. But if you ask him where Mama or Dada are, he looks at us. He's growing up too fast! All the boys are.
Nothing too exciting going on here. Aiden's last day of preschool and Kaleb's last day at the Little Gym are Friday. We don't have much planned for the summer yet. Just a couple small trips. We're just hoping the weather starts staying warm soon.
Don't forget to check out our pictures at www.thedivelyfamily.com/photos/. And I'll hopefully be adding some videos of the boys on here soon. So check back soon!
