Owen the Walker and the Talker!

Some of O's new talents! He's starting to walk further and further everyday. Of course, he looks like a drunken sailor walking around!

Owen tries to repeat everything we say and has a few words that he'll say on his own. Of course, we're probably the only one who understands him, but it's a start!

The Rest of the Fair!

The boys went on some of the rides at the fair so it was a good indication of how they would be when we go to Disney in the fall with Mason's family. Kaleb was fearless as usual and Aiden had the look of fear at the beginning of every ride. I wish I had gotten a good picture of the Aiden's face when they rode the first ride, which was the kiddie rollar coaster! It was hysterical! Is it wrong that Mason and I were laughing?!?

Aiden was all smiles before the ride started

Can you tell he's ready for it to be over!

Aiden was brave and went on another ride

Aiden started out a little scared but finally enjoyed the kiddie ferris wheel and we got a smile out of him!

Monster Trucks

We took Aiden and Kaleb to the fair on Sunday night to see the monster trucks. They had a great time! This is what I have to look forward to for the next 18+ years! Sports, monster trucks and other yucky boy stuff! ;-) I'm not complaining though, so far it's been a blast! And luckily, most of my friends have boys so they'll be desperate for some girlie time every now and then also. Owen got to spend the evening with his buddy Sean! Thank you again to Aunt Jenn and Uncle Jamie for babysitting!

Aiden thought it was a little too loud. Unfortunately, we forgot his ear protector things!

Kaleb was in awe!

The Raminator was the boys favorite! The driver is actually from around here and the boys have seen truck before, but never in action! If anyone sees the toy version of the Raminator, let me know!

T-Ball

Aiden started t-ball a few weeks ago and is loving it. Unfortunately, Kaleb is sad that he can't play also and the first practice was a little emotional for him. Luckily, there is a playground right next to the ball field, so it was quickly forgotten about. Aiden is doing a wonderful job listening to his coaches and can hit, throw and catch remarkable well for a 4 year old if I do say myself! 3 and 4 year olds playing t-ball is very entertaining! Sorry some of the pictures are blurry. I need to bring our good camera next time.

Kaleb's a little sad

After t-ball, we've been staying a few minutes and playing at the playground for a few minutes. Again, sorry about the blurry pictures!

I wish this one wasn't so blurry! We turned around for a sec and Aiden was pushing O pretty high! Owen's face was priceless!

Father's Day

I just HAD to add these pictures since I emptied our little camera! For Father's Day, Jenn and I took our husbands for pedicures. That's right, Mason and Jamie got their toes did! And they loved it! I think part of their enjoyment was having young girls with low cut shirts massage their feet! To make it a little more manly, we brought some refreshments for them to enjoy! And no they didn't get their toes painted!

Owen's Party

Owen had a wonderful party on Saturday! Although it was raining that morning, it turned out to be a really nice afternoon. It was great seeing all of our friends and family and we appreciate everyone who was able to make it to celebrate Owen's big day with us!

Jenn and Sean

We just threw the messy boy in the pool!

Will looks like he's saying "There is NO way I'm sitting in that!"

Luke

O's Bday

Owen had a wonderful birthday. We started off the day by getting his 1 year pictures taken. They were great and we can't wait to get them! Mason took the day off so we spent the day getting ready for his party. Mama Linda, Papa Doc and Aunt Whitney came over for dinner that evening. Mama Cindy and Papa Bryan got into town just in time for Owen to have his birthday cupcake! Here are some pictures from his day...

Don't mess with my cupcake!
